About this event

Hatha Foundations is a study in steady, grounding yoga practice centered on clarity, choice, and nervous system awareness. These classes emphasize foundational postures, breath-led movement, and intentional pacing to support strength, stability, and embodied presence. Clear alignment cues and multiple options are offered to support a wide range of bodies, experience levels, and capacities. Rest is always welcome. Modifications are encouraged.

Classes follow a weekly rhythm on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 8:15pm. They are clothing-optional for those who are new and/or curious about a naked yoga practice. The invitation is to undress to your own level of comfort, in your own time.

Classes are open to gay, bi, trans, queer+ identifying men, as well as straight allies who feel they would benefit from a naked yoga practice with other men. This is a body-positive and identity-affirming space.

Pricing: standard rate $25, supported rate $15 (no explanation needed), rebalancing rate $40.

Taught by Charlie Chapman (he/they) with the San Diego Naked Yoga community at Healing Space in Ocean Beach.
