The 1993 French documentary "Living Nude" (original title "Vivre Nu"), directed by Robert Salis and now available with English subtitles from Nude Humanity, explores the naturist movement in France. It features interviews with everyday participants of various ages at several naturist locations, beginning at Belezy, and is linked by the work of psychologist and philosophy professor Marc‑Alain Descamps, who authored a 1987 book of the same name. The film contrasts past enthusiasm with a currently dim outlook for naturism in the United States.
